Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are usually processed same day if order is placed before 3pm EST (excluding weekends) and all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We work hard to get your order shipped to you in a timely manner. If you require any special intructions to be followed with your order please add them to the comment field while completing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping EstimatorWe provide a shipping estimator to help guage shipping costs of your order. To use the shipping estimator add items to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page look to the bottom left of the products listed in your cart to see the shipping estimator button. Click the shipping estimator button and fill out any details needed for the shipping estimate.
PO BOXES and Billing/Delivery addresses that do not match
Delivery addresses that do not match credit card or billing address and shipments to P.O. Boxes may require written or verbal confirmation prior to shipping.
Saleevent.ca ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Saleevent.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Saleevent.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Canada and the U.S.
